Before joining Merck, Marc has worked as R&D Manager and Category Director in several FMCG companies like Reckitt Benckiser and Freudenberg. Marc holds a PhD in Chemistry of University Heidelberg and a MBA from University of Kaiserslautern. Marc has broad experience in FMCG and B2B industry with focus on product and business development as well as innovation management.

Michael Nothelfer is the founder of caddon printing & imaging GmbH, as well as the Managing Director of caddon color technology GmbH.

Stefan Höfs, Business Development Manager Industrial Central Europe at Roland DG,Stefan Höfs, Business Development Manager Industrial Central Europe at Roland DG,started his career in the digital printing world at a German LFP dealer as Service Manager for leading brands such as Roland DG. In 2013 he joined Roland as a Product Specialist. During this period, he was involved in several co-creation projects, including a proofing and mock-up solution for the packaging industry in cooperation with CGS, and the development of the Roland haptic proof solution for the décor industry. Since January 2018 he has been responsible for the development of industrial markets for Roland DG Central Europe.

Presently associated with NIFT Bhopal as Professor, Kislaya Choudhary is an accomplished design professional with more than 16 years of enriched experience in field of textile design and research. Having extensive exposure with international and retail brands in home furnishing segment she specialises in print and surface design and product development, print CAD, fashion and textile, trends and forecast. She visited North Carolina State University, College of Textiles as a visiting faculty in 2014-15. She has presented and published research papers and articles in international and national forums and journals and have represented, planned and executed various design exhibitions.
